Pamela Wertz Peterson: Born in South Bend, Indiana and holding degrees in Special Education from Indiana University and Butler University, Pamela lives in Santa Cruz, California with her husband, Mike and cat, Ping. An avid traveler, Pamela also enjoys creating mixed-media art and taking photographs. For a number of years, she focused on the food world, operating a cooking school, writing a weekly newspaper food column and founding a soup kitchen. Most of all, she cherishes time spent with family and friends.
